We were very proud to recently announce that we are set to transform our internal and external digital capabilities through a strategic partnership with Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services and solutions.

Under the partnership, Tech Mahindra will implement our digital transformation strategy through legacy modernisation, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, service desk operations, cloud and vendor management. The partnership will also enable and transform our Enterprise back-office operations including the Finance function. Tech Mahindra’s Next Generation suite will modernise and impact key CXO objectives whilst aligning the business transformation with the ERP journey.

With this capability, we will accelerate internal digital transformation programmes while assisting our clients’ in their own transition towards a largely digital communication landscape.

The programme being undertaken will transform client facing capabilities while ensuring the integrity of back-office functions. Through this transformation, clients will be able to access the full range of products and services available through Communisis with ease, from secure print right through to display advertising, and everything in between.
